• Chairperson shall submit all unopened applications to the Interview Board
• Where the minimum number specified by BoM not received, post is re-advertised
• Notes/documents created by Interview Board retained for 18 months
• In Community National Schools applications shall be opened by the CE/delegated officer in advance of shortlisting.
