Documents retained

To be retained on process completion:

  • Advertisement
  • Applications for the post
  • Criteria for assessment of applicants
  • Copy of PF1 form (if applicable)
  • Any documents and/or notes created by the Selection Board (marking sheets, notes, assessment questions etc.)
  • Selection Board report to BoM, including confirmation of reference verification
  • Copy of educational qualifications
  • Copy of Vetting Bureau Disclosure (0031/2016)
  • Copy of OHS confirmation re. Medical Fitness
  • Any other relevant documentation relating to an individual SNA appointment e.g. letter of acceptance from the candidate
  • Record of Patron's approval of the appointment
  • One part completed contract, signed
  • Copy of SNA appointment form

All documentation to be retained for 18 months, and in the case of the successful candidate, for the duration of employment plus 7 years
