- Date stamp each application as it is received
- Chairperson shall submit all unopened applications to the interview board
- In Community National Schools applications shall be opened by the CE/delegated officer in advance of shortlisting
- Where the minimum number specified by BoM not received, post is re-advertised
- Notes/documents created by interview board retained for 18 months
