• Agreement to undertake the roles and responsibilities of the post
• Confirms acknowledgement that the roles are subject to review
• Confirms that fulfilment of roles and responsibilities may occur outside of school day
• Confirms that School/ETB will authorise DES to pay the allowance for the post

The Board of Management/ETB and the teacher should retain copies of the signed contract. Once the appointment has been finalised, the Board of Management/relevant ETB should notify Primary Payroll of the appointment, using the POR 1 Amend form.
