Documents Retained

To be retained on process completion:

  • Advertisement
  • Principal/Deputy Principal Application
  • Criteria for assessment of applicants
  • Any documents and/or notes created by the interview board (marking sheets, notes, assessment questions etc.)
  • Interview Board report to BoM, including confirmation of reference verification
  • Copy of Principal/Deputy Principal’s qualifications
  • Copy of T.C. registration
  • Copy of Vetting Bureau Disclosure (0031/2016)
  • Copy of OHS confirmation re. Medical Fitness
  • Any other relevant documentation relating to individual Principal/Deputy Principal appointments
  • Record of Patron/CE’s approval of the appointment
  • One part completed contract, signed by employer and Principal/Deputy Principal
  • Copy of appointment form - DES (copy of original PTAF).

All documentation to be retained for 18 months, and in the case of the successful candidate, for the duration of employment plus 7 years
