Criteria for assessment of applicants
Any documents and/or notes created by the interview board (marking sheets, notes, assessment questions etc.)
Interview Board report to BoM, including confirmation of reference verification
Copy of Principal/Deputy Principal’s qualifications
Copy of T.C. registration
Copy of Vetting Bureau Disclosure (0031/2016)
Copy of OHS confirmation re. Medical Fitness
Any other relevant documentation relating to individual Principal/Deputy Principal appointments
Record of Patron/CE’s approval of the appointment
One part completed contract, signed by employer and Principal/Deputy Principal
Copy of appointment form - DES (copy of original PTAF).
All documentation to be retained for 18 months, and in the case of the successful candidate, for the duration of employment plus 7 years
